TYPICAL WEEKLY ORDERS
We aim to ship your order ASAP, please allow for 2 business days for processing before your order is shipped (excluding weekends and holidays).
LAUNCH ORDERS – During our launches or restock events, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped (excluding weekends and holidays).
NEW ZEALAND
Orders are sent via NZ POST and have a generally estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days to major cities within NZ and 4-10 business days to rural address. If your address is rural / non-urban, please pay the extra charges or shipping costs are automatically added to the final order.
*Please understand that packages that have left our office are no longer the responsibility of ENDGEARS APPAREL. Any tracking or follow up with courier or its affiliates is the responsibility of the customer. If your order has not arrived within the time frame, please email admin@endgears.com and we will help to resolve this immediately.
INTERNATIONAL
Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. ENDGEARS APPAREL does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
All ENDGEARS APPAREL orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
